ECG of Last Week This 65 year-old man had a history of recurrent syncope for which a single chamber ventricular pacemaker had been implanted at another center 3 years ago. During the last few months he presented with recurrent palpitations. This is a rhythm strip during one of the attacks.
Adenosine injection during the tachycardia revealed the following rhythm
This is another case of AV block needing pacemaker who presents with atrial tachycardia and rapid AV conduction. He refused RF ablation.
